RETURN POLICY:
1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Please email us immediately (within 72 hours of receipt of package) if there is a problem with the order; i.e., an item is broken, missing or the wrong item is placed in your box. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
2. Most items can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Please note that samples and products without a tamper-evident cap cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. (This includes all body and face washes, all body sprays and after-shave.)
3. Returns will not be authorized beyond the two week period.
4. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. Please submit orders online or in writing whenever possible.
5. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. Similarly, full credit is subject to a quality control inspection carried out upon receipt of product in our facility.

The customer is responsible
for the use and misuse of any product purchased from Anam Healing & Yoga and www.MyAnam.com. Anam Healing & Yoga is not responsible for recipes or end products which don't turn out as the customer expected.
3. Additions to Orders: We always try to accommodate all our customers. However, when an order is already packed and a customer sends e-mail or calls to request that we add other products to the order. We may have to treat the new items as a new order packed in a separate box and charge separate S&H charges for the additional items. We cannot unpack a box that's already properly packed to add new items to the order. The added products may not go out on the same day the original order ships.
4. Back Orders: When your order is placed online and your card is charged the bank is not aware of what products are on back order. We will notify you in your receipt that an item is on back order. At one time or another we will be out of an item although we do our best to keep all items in stock at all times. Sometimes as much as we try we cannot predict what may be out of stock tomorrow. The backorder information will be listed on your invoice. Once the item arrives we will send it to you at no additional cost to you. We try as well as we can to list the out of stock items on our site.
5. Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of having placed it on the website, by phone, or by email. Orders canceled after this period of time, for any reason,
will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Please e-mail your cancellation request so you will have proof. Our website charges your credit card immediately and an order cancellation involves our having to issue a credit on your credit card and we will incur transaction fees for your purchase and your cancellation. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your credit card to be credited for the canceled order.
6. Sales Tax: Washington state residents will be charged 8.9% sales tax unless we are provided with a copy of the sales tax certificate. If we charge you sales tax because you did not provide your Washington state tax certificate information, we cannot credit you at a later date for this sales tax.
7. Processing Time: We do our best to process and ship an order as quickly as possible. Orders received on Fridays, holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Your order will ship via the carrier of our choice, we use UPS or USPS whichever is the best method for your location. If you order express then we will ship express.
8. During extra heavy periods, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father's Day as well as when we close during holidays & mini-vacations, customers need to allow additional days for an order to be processed and shipped; please plan your order accordingly. We're located near Seattle, WA. Orders with products valued over $200 (excluding S&H) will require a signature.
9. Refused Orders: Should you refuse delivery of an order for whatever reason (except if we authorize it), you will be charged a restocking charge of 25% of the total of the order, excluding S&H charges. S&H charges are not be refunded under any circumstances.
10. Returned Orders: Orders returned to us by UPS and USPS because of a wrong address provided by a customer and orders returned to us by the postal service if the address provided to us does not accept postal deliveries and the customer did not inform us in writing, will incur new shipping charges when we reship. S&H charges are not refundable unless it's our error.
